Happy holidays guys!!

So on Sunday, I tried not to be anti-social and I went for the taste off event at freedom park

They had so many food stands and I was really looking forward to getting healthy food, I’ve started this healthy food journey and trying to get stuff in Nigeria is quite hard and expensive, I mean protein shakes over here go for about N15,000

So the idea behind this is just to boil your ready made Jollof rice or Fried in water..thats all…its by Wilson foods

  • Protein shakes are not advisable because they all have their side effects later on . Its advised that you take natural healthy protein like milk skinless chicken breast tuna fish eggs etc
