I Washed My Hair With Chocolate & This Is What Happened!

So before you judge me, its not what you think -haha

The people at Ebony and Indigo sent this Faith in nature Chocolate Shampoo and conditioner ( plus a makeup wipe) to try out last week,if you haven’t heard of Ebony and Indigo before, they sell only natural and handmade skincare products so I was really excited to try out their products!

The chocolate shampoo and conditioner contains a luxurious combination of organic cocoa and vanilla which has an amazing chocolate smell when using it.They are for all types of hair, right now I’m half natural, half relaxed so it suited me just fine. They contain some natural ingredients like Vanilla planifolia fruit extract mixed with organic cocoa, It also contains Kelp, tea tree and sage

The shampoo is the color of a good, dark honey, but it’s actually a lot thinner in consistency.Once lathering up the shampoo, the smell develops, smelling sweeter than just in the bottle. The addition of vanilla to the formula makes it smell better than I had excepted.- I must also add that it doesn’t foam as much as regular shampoos, I guess because its an organic product- but it left my scalp and hair really clean, considering I hadn’t shampooed in a month and a half! ( Yes, you’re allowed to judge me now 😀 )

I also really liked the conditioner, it made my hair soft and tangle-free. It also gives a chocolate fragrance to my hair. It was quite strong the first day( but not in a bad way) but it become softer in the next day.The only downside is that will make you crave chocolates so bad!

I also received the Eco Care Organic Facial Cleansing Wipes which I’ve been using to remove makeup and it does the job really well,it doesn’t contain alcohol so its best for sensitive skin.The wipes are made from organic cotton and are biodegradable. I cut a sheet in half when I use it because one sheet is large and it feels like I’m wasting it
