What I Wore: Dark Days
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God, John 1:1
Sometimes I’m sad for no good reason,
It hit me hard a few days ago,
I was angry at the government, everyone around me plus myself
I asked God to appear, send an angel, anyone! I just needed to speak to Him face to face!
I went on a bible reading strike, I didn’t want to read this time…ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS SEE HIM!
Then I realized..
The word of God is GOD
In the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word was GOD! [John 1:1]
His word has all the answers
In the beginning the earth was void and filled with darkness BUT God spoke and there was light
He didn’t just wish or imagine,GOD SPOKE
I’ve learnt to speak light (the word of God) to my darkness, so should you 🙂
