Activewear you can actually squat in. No see-through moments. No waistband betrayal.

I’d been wanting to try Pursue Fitness for a while, so I got a few pieces and put them through the only test that matters to me: real workouts at home, lots of bending, and a few errands in between. Here’s my honest Pursue Fitness review, starting with the question everyone asks about leggings.

What I got (and the sizing)

Everything is a size Small, and all three were true to size for me. No sizing up needed.

Pursue Fitness ADAPT Seamless Leggings review: the real winner

I mostly work out at home now, so I’ve had plenty of time to actually move in these. The number one thing I check with any leggings is whether they go see-through when I bend or squat, and these did not disappoint. The fabric is thick, not the thin, stretchy kind that shows everything the second you bend over.

I’m also a high-waisted girl through and through, so the waistband was a big deal. It’s ribbed, sits high and stays put. No rolling down mid-workout, which is rarer than it should be.

The ADAPT Seamless Sports Bra

The ADAPT sports bra has removable padding and medium support, which works well for the kind of training I do at home. It matches the leggings perfectly if you like the full-set look.

The Move Seamless Long Sleeve Crop Top

The Move crop top in Burnt Red is a different, softer material than the ADAPT pieces. It has thumbholes and a cropped fit, and I’ve been wearing it outside of workouts too. It’s cute enough to throw on for errands, which is my favourite kind of activewear.

Is Pursue Fitness true to size?

For me, yes. I wear a Small and every piece fit as expected, with no need to size up. If you’re between sizes, check the size guide on each product page before you order.

Is Pursue Fitness good quality? My verdict

So far, yes. The quality is great, the fit is true to size, and the leggings in particular held up to everything I put them through. I already have my eye on more colours and pieces.
