What I Wore: Ankara Sneakers
I received these lovely Ankara sneakers from a company call Zuhri Concept, they’re an eco-friendly lifestyle brand supporting sustainable products and they’re based in Abuja, Nigeria but they ship worldwide.
Asides from the Ankara sneakers they also have sneakers that come in Aso-oke ,Adire and Kente, they make a variety of women’s bags, men’s shoes also children’s shoes
One thing that impresses me is that Zuhri concept also has an initiative called IWalkforschool, which enables and encourages their customers to give to the less privilege in our society by enabling and equipping children to go to school.
IWalkforSchool program is an initiative that supports the educational sector of Nigeria, by empowering primary school pupils with School Kits to motivate learning. For every pair of Sneakers or Vans shoes sold a complete School Kit comprising of:A Backpack,Pencil Case,2 Exercise Books, Pen,Pencil,Ruler,Eraser,Sharpener is given out.I believe its such a great cause so this company get extra cool points from me.
*Ps Like I said they ship worldwide so if want to stock their product in your country or have them do some custom work for you hit them up*
