Designer Crush: Music Meets Runway 2012
Hey lovlies been tryin to get this post up since forever- the network is messing me up!! God bless those neighbors with unprotected wifi!! hehe!
So ive been showing you guys pictures from the just concluded Music meets runway show and I saved the best for last!! The designers!! 😀
So im gonna give quick gist about each designer…they started 3 hours late (10:15pm instead of 7pm) and left like 11:45 so I got to only see four designers..The pictures are so much coz I really wanted you guys to see every single piece they where showcasing
The hosts were D’banj and Supermodel Millen…at this point everything they were saying was just reading “COOL STORY” in my head coz i was just pissed they stared that late! loool
Then kaffy does some indian cultural dance…im like seriously you are starting late! Some things can like to be scraped out of the program!!
The only ting that got me back in the mood was Efya’s voice! DAMN! THIS BABE CAN SING!!!! She did an amazing cover if obianuju by Duncan Mighty
Was able to take a pic if her before she performed..I didn’t even know who she was..I just loved her earrings *My Regret*
The first designer to showcase was Nkili with Burna Boy Performing
The where alot of capes,chiffon high low tops in this collection..really nice
Next up was Eclectic by Sasha with Ajebutter22 performing
…I didnt really get the concept of her designs….therewas no particular theme but they were very realistic and wearable……

I love this collection! She has alot of lace,sequin,skater dresses and peplums..very girly 🙂
My favorite was this cream peplum pant suit! I need it in my life!!

Thruogh out the showcase collection I didnt loose my concentration! and NO its not because the models were overtly hot!!!! (I know u know im lying X-X) but on the real tho’ I was really impressed by his clothes
One of the models wearing an invisible shirt *sigh I want that shirt 
…and the hot boys left 🙁
Kaffy danced again…I was in a better mood thankGod! lool
then this SITUATION happened….Im like if i want to see another half naked girl dance like they’re performing an exorcism on her, I would have gone to a strip club! I came to a fashion show! thats May-D btw
Finally the moment I was waiting for Elegante by Tiannah Styling
Her collection was very daring not for the faint of heart …There were alot of prints and neons ….very fashion forward!!
My favorite is this mixed print/neon mix bodycon dress..Its A WORK OF ART!!
The designer herself Toyin Lawani!! Im even still clapping!!! hehehe!! 
So thats all I could take sorry 🙁 Hopefully we stop doing african time one day in Nigeria pls #Leaveitin2012…Asides that I had a great time ..who knows I could be one the designers next year #Godwilling 😀
