DIY: SHINE SHINE HEELS!! :D

so ive had this dorothy perkins shoe since 200 level and started peelin buh i had seen someone put glitter on their sole so i decided to do mine too

AFTER I PUT THE GLITTER!!!

ERR..im gonna try and write the step by step later for those that can watch the video coza slow connection..lool.
